The Jedi Knight

Star wars rule!

For a lot of people Star Wars is real. Strange but true.

For a lot of others Star Wars is not real but is fun and highly watchable.

Of all the characters in Star Wars might I suggest that one in particular stands out above the rest. Which one? Well for me it's the Jedi Knights.

So, here's my explanation as to why Jedi Knights do it for me!

It's simple, Jedi's are the good guys and Imperial storm troopers are the bad guys.

And now for a test.

Ask anyone who has watched Star Wars:

"Would you trust a Jedi knight to protect you and your family in a time of crises?"

Before they reply tell them to think carefully, and treat the question in as real a scenario as possible. Think of a situation where you and or your loved ones are threatened with violence by one or more aggressors.

In truth I suspect that at such a time of crises if Jedi Knights existed for real then we would ALL wish to benefit from their protection.

So, do we all agree that Jedi Knights are a good thing?

I'm going to say yes.

But wait a minute...

JEDI KNIGHTS ARE ALWAYS ARMED!

You can't have it both ways, i.e. Jedi Knights are good. Jedi Knights are always armed. Weapons are evil! Nope it just don't work that way.

It's not the weapons that are the problem, it's the bad guys who are the problem.

If Jedi Knights, and Han Solo for that matter, did not have the right to keep and bear arms then the Star Wars movies would have finished after one movie, when the Imperial Forces won!

The right to keep and bear arms for self defence saves lives.
